| JJTA maintains a
pool of qualified consultants from our membership in response
to the increasing requests for assistance from various juvenile
justice organizations across the country. JJTA represents a
wide range of expertise and has provided high quality assistance
to federal, state and local agencies over the past twenty years.
This Consultant
Pool is a partnership between these individuals and JJTA.
The organization will maintain a list of qualified consultants
while the consultants will agree to the JJTA
Code of Conduct and to pay a fee to the organization for
processing applications and maintaining a database of Pool
members' expertise. Participation is limited to JJTA
members.
Pool members may
be called on to contribute to project proposals, become project
team members, or provide individual services (such as training,
technical assistance, consultation, evaluation) on behalf
of JJTA in response to requests from juvenile justice-related
organizations and agencies.
